FREE DELIVERY! We do not charge any delivery fees. All other areas not listed can only purchase through us using the mail order.

For MAIL ORDER, there is no minimum order, with free shipping if you spend $99 and over.

For SAME-DAY DELIVERY, the maximum order is $500. For orders $500 and more, you must make a e-transfer to secure delivery.

For MAIL ORDER, you can order unlimited.

To ensure your privacy, your order will be packaged with a hard surface and no reference to the contents inside. To ensure product safety, discreteness, and freshness, your order will be vac sealed. Fragile items will be bubble-wrapped within the seal.

For SAME-DAY DELIVERY, we deliver to Hamilton, Toronto & Surrounding Areas. (Midtown/Downtown Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Brampton, and Pickering.)

For MAIL ORDER, we ship Canada-Wide, with a tracking number provided.

For SAME-DAY DELIVERY is FREE delivery.

For MAIL ORDER, you get FREE shipping if you spend $99 or more. Orders under $99 are subject to a $15 flat shipping fee. No minimum order

If you require a delivery in an area out of these ranges, it will be handled by a case by case basis with a delivery fee starting at $35, and must make a e-transfer payment to ensure delivery.

For SAME-DAY DELIVERY, we accept cash or e-transfers. If you choose to pay by e-transfer, you must have it paid by the time of your order, not when driver gets to you.

For MAIL ORDER, we accept cash or e-transfers.

Taxes are included in the price displayed. Whatever price you see listed, is the price you pay.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY:

We deliver from 12:00PM – 10:00PM (7 days of the week). Our last call for the day is 8:30PM. Orders after 8:30PM will be delivered next day.

MAIL ORDER:

All orders and payments received will be processed and shipped out (Monday-Friday). All orders placed by 12:00PM EST will be shipped out the same business day, otherwise the next business day! We always recommend placing your order and having it paid the night before. This will ensure and guarantee your package will be successfully processed and shipped out the next business day, rather then rushing before the 12:00PM cut off time.

After confirming your order and receiving the Interac e-Transfer, we will then process your order. Once your order has been completed and a shipping label has been created, you will automatically get an automated email from us with the tracking number. We offer same day shipping. All orders placed by 12:00PM EST will be shipped out the same business day, otherwise the next business day! We always recommend placing your order and having it paid the night before. This will ensure and guarantee your package will be successfully processed and shipped out the next business day, rather then rushing before the 12:00PM cut off time.

All products sold are final sale – we do not accept returns or exchanges.

For MAIL ORDER, in this scenario, either if you entered a invalid/wrong address or were not present during the time of delivery from Canada Post, the package will be re-routed back to us. In this case, you will have to pay for shipping, a flat rate fee of $15 for us to ship the parcel out again with Canada Post Xpresspost. Please understand it is not our fault that it is being bounced back. The other option is we refund you back 50% of your payment.

We know times get rough and schedules can be impacted. If you want to cancel or reschedule, please let us know ASAP. If you need to go somewhere, you can schedule it with the driver to meet wherever you are headed, this way you can avoid cancelling.

If in an event there ever is a case of no show or not answering our calls upon delivery, you will be subject to a $10 fee for the next order. This is to compensate our drivers for the time and gas wasted.

Upon delivery, our drivers will be in contact with you 30 minutes prior to dropoff. We can deliver it to wherever you are headed to. Just simply let our driver know when he/she contacts you, and provide driver with a new location to meet.

If you placed an order online using the mail order option, and met the minimum order amount requirement, we will have it delivered to you the same day.
